About Content Lighthouse

A Kuala Lumpur practice that helps product-led growth teams interpret app analytics with enough honesty to change the next sprint.

Why we exist

Product-led growth teams drown in charts that disagree. Content Lighthouse was founded to give those teams a human facilitator who has sat in the same planning rooms — someone who will challenge a vanity activation rate and still leave the room with something shippable.

Origin

The practice began in Kuala Lumpur after years of advising regional consumer apps whose dashboards looked healthy while week-four retention quietly bled. We named the studio Content Lighthouse because the work is about illuminating signal inside product content loops — onboarding copy, empty states, invite flows — not about selling another analytics product.

How we work

  • Read before we talk. We spend hours in your project before the first workshop.
  • One decision owner. We refuse engagements where nobody can accept a definition.
  • Plain language. Readouts use your event names, not borrowed framework jargon.
  • Malaysia-aware delivery. Remote by default; KL studio days when the team needs a whiteboard and kopi.

People

Nadia Rahman leads audits and retention readouts. Background in consumer product management across SE Asia marketplaces.

Eli Chong owns instrumentation reviews and works closely with client engineering leads on event dictionaries.

Relationship with clients

We are visitors, not a shadow product team. When the engagement ends, your team should be able to defend the metric definitions without us in the room. Many clients return for a quarterly readout; that is optional, never assumed.
