Data we collect

• Enquiry forms: name, email, consultation interest, optional product name, and message content
• Email and phone correspondence related to scoping and delivery
• Client workspace access you grant for analytics tools (processed under your instructions and your own privacy commitments to end users)
• Technical logs such as IP address and basic browser data when required for security of the static site host

We do not sell personal data.

Purposes

Responding to enquiries, delivering consultations, invoicing, improving our service based on aggregated feedback, and meeting legal obligations under Malaysian law.

Retention

Enquiry emails and form payloads are retained up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact, unless a longer period is required for accounting or dispute resolution. Engagement workpapers are retained up to 7 years where accounting rules apply, then deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law (including the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 in Malaysia), you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold, or withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. Email info@content-lighthouse.click with the subject “Privacy request”. We respond within a reasonable period.

International transfers

Our site host or email provider may process data on servers outside Malaysia. Where transfers occur, we take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate safeguards consistent with Malaysian PDPA expectations and, where relevant, contractual protections with processors.
