Refund & cancellation policy
How deposits, cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds work for Content Lighthouse consultations.

This policy applies to paid consulting engagements with Content Lighthouse (audits, health checks, readout sessions, and workshops). The website itself does not sell products or process checkout.
Eligibility
Refunds are available according to the timelines below when you cancel in writing (email to info@content-lighthouse.click). Informal chat messages are not sufficient.
Deposits
A deposit (typically 30–50% of the agreed fee) may be required to reserve dates. Deposits are credited toward the final invoice.
Cancellation by you

Work already started
Once kickoff has occurred or async pre-read hours have begun, fees for completed stages are non-refundable. Unused later stages may be partially refunded at our discretion based on remaining scope.
Rescheduling
One reschedule with at least 5 business days’ notice is free of charge. Later or repeated reschedules may incur a MYR 400 administrative fee or require a new deposit if calendar space cannot be held.
No-shows
If your team fails to attend a scheduled live session without 24 hours’ notice, that session is forfeited without refund. A replacement session may be purchased at the then-current session rate.
Non-refundable items
- Third-party costs we pre-approve with you in writing (for example, specialised data extract fees)
- Completed written readouts already delivered
- Time already spent on instrumentation review before cancellation
Refund process & method
Email info@content-lighthouse.click with your engagement reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 business days of approval.
Cancellation by Content Lighthouse
If we must cancel for reasons within our control, you receive a full refund of amounts paid for undelivered work, or a rescheduled date at your choice.
