By accessing content-lighthouse.click or engaging Content Lighthouse for consultations, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or commission work.

Services described

Pages describing consultations, rates, and engagements are informational. A binding engagement begins only when both parties accept a written scope and fee by email or signed proposal. This website does not process payments.

Intellectual property

Site copy, visual design, and downloadable materials remain the property of Content Lighthouse unless a proposal states otherwise. Client data, event dictionaries, and product materials you share remain yours. Readout documents produced for you may be used internally by your organisation; public redistribution requires written consent.

Client responsibilities

You warrant that you have authority to grant analytics access and that shared data does not unlawfully expose personal data of end users beyond what your privacy notice allows. You remain responsible for decisions made after our recommendations.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Malaysian law, Content Lighthouse is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the site or from product decisions you make after a consultation. Our aggregate liability for a paid engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Courts in Kuala Lumpur shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.

Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after posting constitutes acceptance of material changes for website use; active engagements follow the terms in their proposal unless amended in writing.
